Refund and Returns Policy at HealthKunj Clinics

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you receiving the medicines or products purchased online, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at healthkunjclinics@gmail.com and send your item to: https://g.page/HealthKunj.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: https://g.page/HealthKunj.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At HealthKunj, we aim to provide our patients with top-notch services. However, if you wish to request a refund for your treatment or medicines, please refer to the policy below:

  1. Refund Eligibility: Our refund policy applies to online patients worldwide. Refunds are only available for first-time payments and not for recurring payments.

  2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please email us with the reason for your request and proof of payment attached.

  3. Within 24 Hours: You can receive an 80% refund if you request it within 24 hours of payment, provided you haven’t had a consultation with any of our physicians.

  4. Within One Week: A 50% refund is available if requested within one week of receiving your medicines, provided you return the unused medicines within one week of initiating the refund request.

  5. No Refund Scenarios:

    • If you feel better before completing the treatment plan, no refund will be given.
    • No refund is available if you don’t return the completed rating/case form within 15 days of it being emailed to you.
  6. Medicine Delivery Delays:

    • For national deliveries, no refund will be provided if there is a delay due to courier or postal issues.
    • For international deliveries, no refund will be given for delays due to weather, customs, political situations, or festivals. However, if we delay dispatch, we will resend the medicines as quickly as possible.
  7. Walk-In Patients: Refunds are not available for walk-in patients; once paid, the amount is non-refundable.

  8. Refund Payment: Approved refunds will be issued by cheque within 45 days.
