Our Policies

No Advance Payment Required

We do not require payment in advance to secure appointments. Pay only after your consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Please inform us at least 2 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient.

Insurance

Homeopathic consultations at HealthKunj are not currently covered by standard health insurance policies in India. We provide official receipts for all payments for your records.

Concessions Available

Concessions are available for patients from economically weaker sections, senior citizens above 70, and children under 5. Please speak to our reception team.

Transparent Billing

No hidden charges. Medicine costs are separate and always disclosed before dispensing.
