Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees paid online or at the clinic are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. We invest significant time in case analysis and individualised prescription preparation for every patient.

2. Appointment Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund or credit to your account, at your choice.
  • Between 12–24 hours before appointment: 50% refund or full credit to your account.
  • Less than 12 hours before appointment or no-show: No refund. The fee may be applied as credit toward a future appointment at the clinic’s discretion.

3. Medicines and Treatment Packages

Homeopathic medicines dispensed or shipped are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their sensitive nature unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

Treatment packages are non-refundable once commenced. Unused portions of a package may be transferred to another family member or held as credit, subject to approval.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For UPI/wallet payments, refunds may reflect within 3–5 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Changes to This Policy

HealthKunj Clinics Private Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
