Terms & Conditions
Customs Responsibility: It is the patient’s responsibility to check if homeopathic medicines are allowed by their country’s customs department.
Medicine Shipping: Medicines will be sent via Indian postal services if courier delivery is not possible to your location.
Prescription Inquiries: Patients or parents can ask about prescribed medications, but detailed explanations for prescriptions will not be provided.
Missed Appointments: If a patient misses two appointments, the third appointment will be scheduled 10 days later.
Follow-Up Appointments: Patients or parents must request follow-up appointments, as we cannot accurately track when the medicine course was started or completed.
Communication: We prefer patients contact us via email for appointments or help, as it allows us to keep systematic treatment records.
Appointment Calls: Patients must call us at the time of their scheduled appointment.
Delayed Medicine Delivery: If medicines are not received on time, we will resend them after verifying the cause of the delay.
International Patients: Indian nationals living or paying taxes abroad will be treated as international patients, with corresponding treatment charges. Proof may be required if there is any doubt.
Refund Requests: Refunds will only be approved if proof of payment is attached to the request.
Limitations of Online Treatment: Online treatment has certain limitations, so we rely on the information provided by the patient or parent. We expect detailed information about the disease, its history, and any current medications.
Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency, our clinic cannot examine the patient. Patients are expected to seek immediate care from a local hospital. Our clinic and physicians are not responsible for any consequences in such situations.
Safety of Homeopathic Medicines: Homeopathic medicines are highly diluted and do not cause side effects when taken as directed.
Policy Changes: The refund policy and terms of use may change at any time without prior notice.
